Bodywork and paint
A wing is judged in sunlight, not under strip lights.
The metalwork and the paint happen in the same building, handled by the same team. Nobody works behind someone else, and nobody buffs out what should have been straightened.
The jig
A shell that has taken an impact deforms further than the eye can see. We mount it on the jig, measure the anchor points, pull, and measure again. It stays there until the figures come back.
The colour
A thirty-year-old paint no longer matches its own code. Sunlight has moved it, and two cars built the same week have drifted differently. We measure the colour on the car itself, correct it by eye under booth light, and spray a test panel before going near the real one.
Carbon
A cracked composite bumper can be repaired rather than automatically replaced. We open the crack, laminate from behind, and sand it flat. On an exposed part, the weave has to fall back in its original direction, otherwise the repair shows through the clearcoat.
